9 Ways to take care of your skin

1. Cleanse your Face Twice a Day or as needed. Research and lookup the top best non-toxic cleansers that will help your skin type. The goal is to clean your face in the morning and night or as needed. My type I tend to cleanse twice per day for better results.


2. Get Plenty of Good Sleep. Sleeping is so important to the mind and body. Work on developing a routine to get at least 8 hours of sleep. The benefits of sleeping are: reduce stress, reduce inflammation, improves memory, replenish your skin cells, help you lose weight, make you smarter, and more!


3. Choose Your Environments Wisely. Well, I have allergies and I am cautious with being in toxic areas I can easily remove myself from to prevent a reaction of irritating my skin. Look into your environment to see what could be irritating your skin and work avoiding that area or find ways to keep it clean. Allergies or No allergies keep your environment clean!

4. Increase the consumption of Antioxidants. Antioxidants can be effective in protecting against and reversing photodamage to the skin ( K.E Burke. J Cosmet Dermatol. 2004 Jul.) Also, antioxidants are full of vitamin C and E. Research, Research, and Research is so important.


5. Exfoliate Your Face Gently. Detox your skin with natural products that help get rid of the unwanted free-radical on your face. Rather your skin type is dry or oily, look up way products that help with your skin type blossom.
